BOSTYN IS HERE!!!

Well she's finally here...she held on as long as she could and was finally evicted via c-section on May 26th at 2334 after Kimberly putting in a GREAT effort for many many hours. The labor officially started at 1130. It was a very very long day but with a great reward at the end.
We were very attached to the birthdate of 5-26 so were excited that she made it out just in time to not be the 27th. Haha!
She's such a sweet baby. She already smiles and just loves snuggling. We're so lucky to have her and have so much fun with her every second.

So, only 11 more days until Bostyn is supposed to be here. We are doing well. Just making sure that everything is in order and ready for her arrival. Kimmy has been doing great through the whole pregnancy. We are both ready for her to be here. We're just so anxious. We can't wait for our little angel. Hope to be posting more about her soon. :)

36 Weeks!! 4-21-09

We have had our 36 week appt and things are running right on track. We're working on getting the pups ready for her to come home. We must look pretty damn crazy to them, carrying around random dolls wrapped in blankets, playing crying baby noises and setting up a high chair with snacks...for the doll. Anyway, Gus is now on anti-anxiety meds because he's a nut. He's been doing a little better, I guess the real test is when we bring her home. His therapist (yes, the dogs therapist) gave us some pointers on how to come home and stuff. Should go ok. Well, we're super excited and can't wait to have her home. We'll keep you posted!

Getting there...3/19/09

So the days are flying by now. We went and did the 4D ultrasound on March 2. Here is one of the pics.

We also are finally starting to get her room finished up. We've discovered a couple things while doing this. One painting isn't the impossible task I sometimes think it is...thanks Scott...and two that her room just may fit everything. I guess it's not as tiny as I once believed, yay!

We'll have to post more pics just as soon as we have some more time. It's been so much fun getting everything ready that we're just getting caught up in it all. We're so thankful for everyone that was at the baby shower and all the support from you. We're so happy to share this time with you all.

It's been awhile so thought I would give the latest update. Bostyn Nicole is growing right on track. She's kicking, hiccuping, rolling and possibly biting ;) all the time. Kimmy is doing great. She has been wonderful through the whole pregnancy. We're getting so so so excited to have the baby here already.
We'll be finishing the nursery very soon and will get pictures up, I promise. Until then...

1-9-2009

YAY! Last night I felt the baby kick. Woo hoo! I thought I had on the 7th but last night I did for sure. I can't wait to feel her more.
Kimmy and I are both well. We can't wait to finish the nursery. We ordered the crib, changing table and all the bedding. Now it's just a matter of waiting for it all to get here. :) We'll post pictures as soon as it's complete.
